Price per night is as follows:
1/1 - 31/3: EUR 80.00
1/4 - 31/5: EUR 85.00 Easter week (EUR 120.00 pr day)
1/6 - 30/6: EUR 95.00
1/7 - 31/8: EUR 140.00
1/9 - 31/10: EUR 106.00 .
1/11 - 31/12: EUR 80.00

Further expenses
In addition you will be charged a cleaning fee of EUR 90.00 and a deposit of EUR 200.00
The deposit will be refunded as soon as the apartment has been checked by the cleaners.

Payment
When booking the apartment 1/3 of the rental price must be paid straight away. The remaining amount must be paid 30 days before arrival including cleaning fee and deposit.
Arrival and departure
The apartment is normally at disposal from 3pm and on departure day latest check out is 10am
Where possible, we will be flexible about check in and check out times to fit with your travel plans.
