The apartment is situated in the complex known as Coto Real, which is a private gated area with 24h security. On the complex you will find 8 pools, one pool is a kids pool right outside our apartment with a couple of large pools very close by. There is alwaus lots of avaible sun beds, even in high season. There is also a padel tennis court within the complex.
Lejligheden består af 2 soveværelser og 2 badeværelser og en dejlig lys stue med spiseplads og sovesofa i super kvalitet. Derudover er der et mindre, men veludstyret køkken i autentisk spansk stil og også et bryggers med vaskemaskine. Lejlighedens „main selling point‟ er dog den store terrasse på ca 35 m2 med det store sofa arrangement, stort spisebord og liggestole og direkte adgang til pools. Derudover har man også en lækker udsigt ud over golfbane og Middelhavet.
Local area
When you are going out for food or drinks, you should go to our local cosy port Marina de la Duquesa, which is about 15 minutes walk from the apartment. There is a good variety of restaurants for example Italian, Mexican, Chinese, Thai, Indian and of course also tapas. Our personal favourites are Griffins, Victor Grill and Il Capitano.
You could also walk along the beach promenade to San Luis de Sabanilla, where there is a lot of fish restaurants and if you go up to the back streets just a stone throw from the beach, you will also find lots of bars and restaurants where a lot the locals like to go.
The area, that besides Puerto de la Duquesa and San Luis de Sabanillas also consists of the town Manilva distinguishes itself from a lot of other Costa del Sol resorts as it is not over populated by tourists. There is only a few hotels and hardly any typical tourist shops.
